Very expensive shipping and customs

Hello, I ordered your ornamnets and bismillah rings. I was charged a very hefty shipping plus customs to pay for these to be shipped to Canada. I ended up paying $ 54.85 US for items total that were $65 US . Even though I liked your items I'm extremely unhappy with the amount I had to pay to get it shipped, Unfortunately I cannot therefore recommend your products to my friends and family here in Canada.
