Refund Policy


Returns/ exchanges are accepted of U.S orders within 14 days of date order was received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which received and in original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Customer must pay return shipping; they are responsible for shipping both ways if making an exchange.  Exchanges are processed as a refund with a new item needing to be purchased.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected and if approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, send us an email at Customer is responsible to pay return shipping cost and shipping cost for new exchanged item.

Lost Packages:
Crescent Star Creations is not responsible for any packages not delivered or lost packages. If your item says delivered but you haven't received it, please call the selected shipping company.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Crescent Star Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee for unauthorized package returns.  


Clearance and sale items, or items that end in .99 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
